Open league meetings are held monthly. This is the last Wednesday of each month from 8.30pm at the Gardeners Call Public House. It is very important that all teams have a representative attend the meeting to ensure the whole league is informed of any matters arising and any discussion or voting is undertaken by as many reps as possible to take a balanced view.
Teams not attending monthly meetings will receive points deductions under the League Endorsement system. It is also your team's responsibility to ensure that if you cannot attend any meeting you chase up any matters which were discussed.
It may also be necessary for the Committee to meet outside of these meetings to discuss specific issues - with or without representatives from teams present. Dates and times for any impromptu meetings will be disclosed only to affected parties.
